LONG BEACH CONDO

Set against the ocean in Long Beach, New York, this one-bedroom condo was designed to feel warm, layered, and easy to live in, proving that limited square footage doesn’t have to limit how a home feels.

In the main living area, a custom banquette with concealed storage extends into an integrated bookcase, creating a built-in that defines the dining area while adding storage and display space. A full-size sectional brings comfort and generosity to the space, while an oversized pendant, warm walnut, earthy textures, and collected artwork add depth and personality.

The bedroom was designed as a calm retreat. A custom velvet bed adds softness and hidden storage, while grasscloth wallpaper wraps the room in warmth and texture. Sculptural lighting and layered artwork gently nod to the movement of the nearby ocean without relying on a traditional coastal palette.

Throughout the apartment, thoughtful planning and custom details make the home feel personal, generous, and effortless. Every inch has a purpose, but nothing feels overworked.
